Shipping Policy

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a weekday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders of $150 or more (after discounts).
  • Standard flat rate: $14.99
  • Expedited and international rates are calculated at checkout where available.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. Lyophilised peptides ship with insulated padding to maintain temperature stability during transit. Bacteriostatic water and supplies ship separately when included.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking events to appear in the carrier's system.

Delivery Times (Estimates)

  • Domestic standard: 3 – 5 business days
  • Domestic expedited: 1 – 2 business days
  • International: 7 – 21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 21 business days of dispatch (domestic) or 35 business days (international), please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. Re-shipment fees may apply.
