Our Promise
Every product we ship is inspected before dispatch. If a vial arrives damaged, mislabelled, or fails to match its Certificate of Analysis, we will replace it or refund it — your choice.
Eligible Returns
- The vial arrived damaged or broken in transit
- The shipped product does not match the order
- The lot fails third-party verification against its CoA
Non-Eligible Returns
Due to the nature of laboratory reagents, we cannot accept returns of opened, reconstituted, or temperature-abused product. We also cannot accept "change of mind" returns once an order has been dispatched.
How to Request a Return
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable.
- Our team will respond with a return authorisation and instructions within one business day.
- Refunds are processed within 5 – 10 business days of the issue being confirmed.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method. Replacement shipments dispatch on the next business day at no additional cost.
