Our Standards
Every batch we receive from a manufacturing partner is sampled and sent to an independent, accredited laboratory for analysis. Only lots that clear our internal release criteria are added to inventory.
The Tests We Run
- HPLC purity — minimum acceptance threshold of 99.0%
- Mass spectrometry — identity confirmation against expected molecular weight
- Endotoxin screening — performed on applicable peptide lots
- Visual / appearance — uniform white lyophilisate, no discolouration or clumping
- Sterility — checked on applicable supply items (e.g. bacteriostatic water)
Certificates of Analysis
Every lot we ship has an associated Certificate of Analysis bearing the lot number, test date, test methodology, and measured values. CoAs are available on request via [email protected] — simply quote the lot number printed on your vial.
Cold-Chain Handling
Lyophilised stock is held at −20 °C from arrival through to packing. Shipments include insulated padding to dampen ambient temperature excursions during transit.
Lot Traceability
Every vial we ship is marked with a lot identifier that ties back to the manufacturing batch, the analytical CoA, and the date of release — so any question about a vial can always be answered.
